Träkol is a fiercely seasonal open fire kitchen that showcases nose to tail cooking. Our concept is to bring primitive outdoor cooking indoors.
We work with great farmers and use only British rare and heritage breeds using Himalayan salt dry aged meat and dry age here on the premises. We also work with the Oxford Charcoal Company who source us amazing fuel and wood from chestnut to cox apple trees.
Our mission is to cook and produce flavoursome yet simple food using only the finest ingredients. We achieve this through good shopping and respect throughout the cooking process.
Lunch: Monday to Saturday 12pm to 3pm (last orders for food 2pm)
Dinner: Monday to Saturday 5:30pm to 10.30pm (last orders for food 8.45pm)
Sundays: 12pm to 6pm (last orders for food 5:30pm)
